Due to current staffing limitations, all information requests must be submitted by mail. A non-refundable research fee of $10.00 applies, along with a copy fee of $1.00 per page. For requests exceeding five pages, please include an additional $1.00 for postage.

Please note that inquiries sent without the required fee and a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) will only receive minimal information. No copies will be provided until the necessary fees are received.
